We hired Murray’s to cut down a large Laurel oak that was deceased. They were on time, very professional, and did a great job even cleaned up after themselves!! We had a very good experience with them and highly recommend them. They also were reasonable priced and we had shopped. Tim and his crew did a terrific job removing two trees from our yard that were in decline. They were incredibly careful working in a small space making sure nothing was damaged by falling branches or debris. They ground down the stumps and didn't leave a particle of sawdust or wood behind. They made sure everything was clean from the roof of the house to the sidewalks surrounding it and planted two new replacement trees with a perfect berm around them.I can't imagine having anyone else either removing a tree or planting a tree in our yard!! They are truly professionals and experts at what they do. Thank you Tim, Todd and Travis!

Got estimates of over $1,000 and Murray's Tree Service came in and did it for $250.00. What a GREAT job. You cant even tell there was a tree there. They cut it down and cleaned up the property. They were amazing.

I would highly recommend Tim for all of your arborist needs. He and his team removed so much growth, we were able to see our fence once again! They also removed a dying tree from the front yard and it looks as if there was never anything there. Tim always returned phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. Phenomenal experience! We bought our house last year and found that the fence was about a foot and a half into our property because of a massive tree stump that was between the fence lines. When Tim came to the property to survey the situation, he was timely, knowledgeable and very helpful. The written quote came across my email almost as soon as he left and he scheduled it promptly. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up well at the end, and Tim was true to his word on the quote. Far more professional than the company we hired a few years ago and still more economical. I'd do business with Tim any day of the week.

Tim and his crew are awesome. They removed a large 60 year old Laurel Oak from our backyard and made it look easy. I got 4 quotes and Tim came in at the best price and was also first to return my call. Reviews were also a big factor in my decision as well as the fact that Tim is licensed and fully insured including workman’s comp. He also communicated well through the whole process. His workers were on time, respectful, and only took a short lunch in order to get the job done. They also were nice enough to save me some of the tree at my request since my grandparents planted the tree originally. I will be using Murray’s Tree Service for my future tree needs.

Great to work with and such an easy process. Thank you to Murray's Tree Service for removing such a large dead oak from our backyard. We were so concerned given the upcoming storm season and this extremely large tree being tangled into our power and cable lines. This company is the real deal. Every stage and interaction was top level. Even our site superintendent complimented their level of professionalism from equipment to execution. We had a large oak and stump removed and few limb trims which he discounted. I solicited a few quotes and his prices are quite competitive. His price, quality, and timing were hard to beat. We had a large Camphor tree that was growing too close to our house which began to pose a threat to the foundation as it was continuing to grow. Tim came out and explained a bit about this kind of tree as well as the job he and his team would do. Even explained that the mulch left behind from this tree is ideal because termites won't touch the stuff, unlike some other mulch out there. (can't wait to use it, the camphor smell is appealing and I can tell it will look real nice in our flower beds!)At any rate, Tim and his team were punctual, professional and did an amazing job removing this tree from what I believe was not the easiest place to remove a tree since it was embedded between our house and our fence! Other than the pile of mulch (thank you!) I would not know they were even there today. Murray's was not the cheapest bid I got, nor the most expensive either but an absolute fair and reasonable price for the job. Thank you guys for helping to save the structure of my house today! I still have 3 other trees (all Oaks) that I fully intend on using Murray's to help me maintain as well :)

These 5 star reviews for Murray's Tree Service are for real. I was extremely impressed with their skill and their professionalism. We had a dying Slash Pine that needed removing - yes it's one of those really tall pine trees you see all over Pinellas County. Well, this one was snuggled up against a fence in our backyard. It also towered over our neighbors house. The MTS team carefully removed the tree without incident. They also replaced a portion of fence they had to remove, cleaned up our yard and the neighbors yard and hauled everything away all before noon. These guys are true professionals. I'll use them again and I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a tree service. Thanks guys!!

Tim Murray and his crew are THE MOST professional tree service people I have ever dealt with. First, Tim communicated very well. He told me exactly when he would arrive. He even called the evening before the scheduled trimming to remind me. Secondly, this is not one guy climbing up a tree with a chainsaw. He had a full crew of professional guys who know their business. Thirdly he has the right equipment for the job. No big trucks backing up over lawn sprinkler heads...he has industry-specific equipment that does not damage existing foliage or driveways. They are efficient. Having a whole crew and the right equipment makes a big difference. Lastly, Tim does not twist your arm to do additional work as most “tree guys” do. There is no pressure. they just come what you asked them to do and they do it well. Tim Murray’s Tree Service is staying in my address book. I wish I knew about them years ago.

Our 50 yr old Laurel oak dropped a very large limb on the back of our home. That was just the beginning of the end for the tree. I called several companies, with Murray's tree service being one of them. Although Tim was not the cheapest estimate, we were extremely please we hired his company. This is the second time we have used Murray's Tree Service. Tim, the owner, is very knowledgeable about trees and always explains why something should or should not be done and is willing to answer all your questions. The crew comes in knowing what they have to do, they do their jobs quickly and efficiently and when they leave, you would never know they had been there. Tim was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, after getting a few different quotes I felt that I was in the best hands going with Murrays Tree Service. I was not wrong, I had a HUGE oak tree removed and was told by other companies it would take multiple days to remove. Murrays Tree Service did the job in one day and even worked throughout the summer rains. one of their crew members bumped my fence and knocked a panel out of place, i showed Tim once the job was complete and it was fixed without any he said she said and that alone spoke dividends in regards to the level of professionalism of Murrays Tree Service. 5 Stars will use again and would recommend! Murray's Tree Service is great. Tim, the owner, worked right along with his crew, and the crew knew exactly what to do and when to do it. It was also very entertaining to watch them take down a huge tree. They also removed a huge stag horn from the tree and placed it on another tree at no extra cost. The clean up was spot on. I recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having a tree removed and/or tree maintenance.

They secured permits, removed two large trees, ground the stumps and put the fence back in place. Before work begins, Tim Murray explains the pros and any cons of trimming or taking down trees.His crews arrive when he says they will, the crew leader goes over with me what I want done, and he leader usually asks if there is anything else I've thought of. An appreciated finishing touch: they sweep up and haul away every twig.

The team was very organized and completed the job quickly and cleaned up all the debris, everything looked just like before but with less trees 😊 also could not beat the price!! Had several estimates and they were the best. If you want a company that's honest and gets the job done right these are the guys!

Extremely satisfied with our service. Had a huge tree removed that was hanging over the house, two stumps grinded and two palm trees pruned. Price was good. Everything went well, looks amazing and I'm very happy with the cleanup too. We will be using them again when the palms need to be pruned again and I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Murray's Tree Service was very prompt in coming out to give an estimate even though work couldn't be started for several weeks due to a backlog caused by the hurricane. Tim went the extra mile in explaining why my 2 biggest trees had to be trimmed a certain way; this was the deciding factor in choosing them. Our ear trees had a lot of dead wood and branches that were becoming hazardous. We also needed our arborvitae trimmed because they were infringing on the sidewalk. When the crew arrived, they went right to work trimming and cleaning up. It was interesting to watch the coordination of the team. The work went quickly and after they finished cleaning up, you would never know they had been there. I would highly recommend this company both for knowledge of trees and the efficiency and workmanship.

Murray's Tree Service cut down two huge dying Laurel Oaks. They were incredibly professional from giving me the first estimate to cleaning up the yard and grinding down stumps. (And they weren't the most expensive estimate either!) Tim and his crew are very knowledgeable. Everything was explained and I am new to the area and knew little about local regulations and kinds of trees. It was fun to watch the crew work together, using amazing equipment, pulleys and ropes, carefully take the trees down branch by branch without harming anyone's property.

Tim, RainTree Village thanks you and all of your crews for your exceptional service.Tim Murray and Murray's Tree Service is really exceptional. I am the Vice President of the RainTree Village Condominium Association in Clearwater. The day after IRMA came through Clearwater I called Tim asking for his help to remove two large downed trees leaning on our homes and several large broken branches in multiple trees. Tim came over that morning and had his crew here the next day to remove the downed trees and broken branches. I was really surprised how fast and easy he could get to us with all of the damage caused by IRMA. RainTree Village has used Murray's Tree Service for many years. We have about 50 to 70 big oak trees and about 75 palm trees in RainTree Village. Prior to IRMA, Tim Murray evaluated our trees and made recommendations on each. He trimmed, thinned and removed several questionable and dead trees.The exceptional service by Tim and his crew this spring and early summer really helped to limit the tree damages we had during IRMA. His follow-up immediately after IRMA helped our community return to normalcy quickly. Thanks again Tim!

Murray's Tree Service was excellent. An written estimate was done before the work was scheduled. At the time of the estimate, I was given a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance for General and worker's liability without asking for proof of insurance. Work scope included removing a tall Washingtonian palm tree in the back yard, removing 4 stumps and trimming of 2 trees and a large Crape Myrtle in the front yard. Workers were careful, polite, and very conscience about any damage to lanai or roof while working over them. They also cleaned up very well afterwards including hand raking the yard and sweeping driveway and walkways.
